Which Chakra Stones do I need?

Crown Chakra

The Crown Chakra is the Seventh Chakra. Located at the top of the head, it disperses energy into the six Chakras beneath it. It is the meeting point between the body and the ego, and the universe and soul. The colors most commonly associated with the Crown Chakra are white and violet.

If you need clarity, or are lacking meaning, peace, joy or creativity, your Crown Chakra may be deficient. For Crown Chakra deficiencies, try using Amethyst, Clear Quartz, Moonstone or Selenite.

If you are feeling depressed, frustrated, manic, or experiencing obsessive thoughts, your Crown Chakra may be overactive. For an overactive Crown Chakra, try using Hematite, Black Tourmaline, Obsidian, Red Jasper, Garnet, Fire Agate, Smoky Quartz or Bloodstone. 

Third Eye Chakra

The Third Eye Chakra is the Sixth Chakra. Located between your eyebrows, slightly above the bridge of your nose, it is considered the gateway to enlightenment, or the realm of higher consciousness. The Third Eye Chakra is the center of intuition, imagination, awareness and self-reflection. The color most commonly associated with the Third Eye Chakra is indigo.

If you are experiencing indecisiveness, procrastination, stagnation, cynicism, narrow-mindedness, or lacking discipline or purpose, your Third Eye Chakra may be deficient. For Third Eye Chakra deficiencies, try using Amethyst, Purple Fluorite, Kyanite or Sodalite.

If you are emotionally reactive, stubborn, dogmatic, your interactions with others are trivial or superficial, or you may be perceived as egotistical or arrogant, your Third Eye Chakra may be overactive. Throat Chakra

Heart Chakra

The Heart Chakra is the Fourth Chakra. Located in the center of the chest in the heart region, it is the energy center associated with love, balance and connection. The colors most commonly associated with the Heart Chakra are green and pink.

Sacral Chakra

Root Chakra

It directs energy to all other Chakras and helps connect us to the physical world. It is the Root of your being and establishes the deepest connections with your physical body, your environment and with Earth. The color most commonly associated with the Root Chakra is Red.
